GTH earned our certification by DQS to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standard earlier this year. Our journey to certification shows our dedication to this Quality Standard and continuous improvement.

The Stage 1 audit assesses the organization's readiness for certification, while the Stage 2 audit is the main certification audit, where auditors thoroughly review processes, interview employees, and assess compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements. ISO 9001:2015 provided the structure we needed to build upon our nearly century commitment to quality within control and automation solutions.

We are committed to ensuring that everything we produce is of the highest quality possible. As part of ISO, we have implemented detailed quality checklists. Every step goes through rigorous processes, documented checklists, and customer follow-ups to gather valuable feedback. Our quality checklist consists of 52 items, highlighting our unwavering commitment to quality.

We are now more vigilant in ensuring that the components used in our control panels meet the highest quality standards. From start to finish, we control the quality of what we receive to guarantee the quality of what we deliver to our customers. We perform regular internal audits and management reviews pinpoint any deviations, enabling prompt corrective action.
