Temperature Uniformity Surveys (TUS)
Temperature Uniformity Surveys (TUS) are a mandatory part of the AMS 2750E pyrometry specification to prove temperature uniformity in furnaces used to process steel products. The GTH PIT Crew is trained to perform TUS surveys using the new GTH Temperature Uniformity Survey (TUS) Case which has been built using the new Honeywell GR Video Recorder and AMS2750 Report Tool. Once the survey is complete, our technicians will generate a report that meets the strict content and format requirements of the AMS standard.
